Welcome to Neighbor to Neighbor

Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) is a volunteer based, door-to-door transportation service in Horry and Georgtown Counties for home-bound seniors and chronically ill and disabled adults.

The GRACE Ministries/N2N program collaborates, cooperates and invites partners to share: ideas; experience; expertise and resources to continue to build a volunteer-based system of care, focused on transportation and access to essential services: medial; pharmacy; grocery; banking; worship; and other life-sustaining, life enhancing events/appointments.  Access to these, enable users to enjoy the best quality of life, with the greatest amount of freedom, for as long as possible.

Grace Ministries is a faith-based, non-profit organization that encourages community envolvement in the lives of our aging population and enables them to continue living independently and gracefully in the place they most desire, their own homes.
