Our Mission
No one's health should be neglected because of the lack of transportation. Your neighbor needs your help to maintain a healthy independent lifestyle. Neighbor to Neighbor is an interfaith program of GRACE MINISTRIES, providing non-medical support services for home-bound older adults and those with long-term health issues.
In addtion to our primary focus of providing rides to medical appointments, volunteers also offer shopping, respite care, telephone reasurrance, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other chores. Services are provided without fee or eligibilty requirements.
